The Rose Theater is committed to inspiring young people and their families to discover the magic of theater, to find their voices and to enrich their communities. Celebrating their 75th season this year, The Rose is the place to bring your family for an hour or two of entertainment. As you laugh, cry, sing and dance together in the seats of The Rose auditorium, you’re making memories that last a lifetime.
This pass admits up to four people to the reserved show, one person must be an adult. Children ages two and under may sit on a lap, which will not count towards the four person limit of the pass. Each cardholder may reserve a pass once every 180 days.
Lobby will open 45 minutes prior to the start time of the show. Tickets are general admission. Passes are only valid for public shows.
Showtimes for Friday performances is 7pm. Showtimes for Saturday or Sunday performances is 2pm.

Secret Kindness Agents | January 17 - February 2, 2025
Secret Agents Glitter Waffles, Chameleon, Stinger and Ringleader have been recruited by Agent Sunflower (currently undercover at Ellis Elementary School as a school counselor) to make their school a kinder place for all. The school has been overcome with the winter blues, excessive grumpiness, school testing stress and an overall dark cloud of doom and gloom. Will these elementary school students succeed in their secret spy missions? Can they break the secret codes from headquarters? Will their secret agency be discovered? Will they make a difference in this school? Will their excessive use of glitter attract the ire of the janitor? Will they work together better than a herd of cats? What does a glitter waffle taste like and what kind of syrup do you put on it? Join us for this exciting spy-tastic adventure play!
Inspired by Omaha educator Dr. Ferial Pearson’s Secret Kindness Agents project, which has been implemented in over 500 schools around the world from preschool through university level.
- Council Bluffs Public Library cardholders 18 and older with valid, non-expired cards in good standing may reserve a pass.
- A printed or digital pass (shown on your device screen) along with your Council Bluffs Public Library Card is required for entry. An email is required for a digital pass reservation. Printed passes can be reserved at the library front Circulation desk, or from home.
