Council Bluffs Schools Foundation

The Council Bluffs Schools Foundation mission is to provide financial resources and support to benefit the children, families, and staff of the Council Bluffs Community School District. Programs include Kid & Company, a DHS licensed childcare program that offers convenient and affordable programming before and after school, during out of school days, and during the summer, and STARS Scholarship, supporting nontraditional students who are parents and/or custodial grandparents who reside in Pottawattamie County and are pursuing a professional license or certificate, or an associate or bachelor’s degree at an accredited school, college or university.
