Serving seniors in southwest Iowa, Immanuel Pathways offers PACE® (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) to seniors, enabling nursing home qualified individuals to remain happy and healthy in their homes. Participants receive transportation to our Immanuel Pathways centers, where they receive medical care, professional support and social opportunities.
