The WIC Program provides supplemental foods, breastfeeding education and support, and health and nutrition services to pregnant women, women who have recently had a baby, infants and children up until their 5th birthday. If you receive Medicaid, FIP or Food Assistance you would automatically be income eligible for the WIC Program if you do not participate in other programs, you may still be eligible, just call and request the income guidelines for your family size. WIC encourages all who qualify to participate including any family member or foster parent who are caring for a child who meets the eligibility requirements.
