VNA of Pottawattamie County delivers expert, compassionate care to under-resourced individuals and families in our community. We provide home-based services including Parenting Support and Home Health Aide Services and address the healthcare needs of individuals and families who are being served in area shelters. VNA also helps keep our community healthy through services such as public education and immunizations.
