Event Details

Do you have puzzles and games that your kids don't play with anymore? Want to get new ones? October 16th-November 10th, bring your gently used puzzles and games to the Youth Desk. Join us for the Library's International Games Day event on November 18th from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. to complete your exchange and select new games and puzzles.

Rules:

1. Puzzles and games should have all pieces to the best of your knowledge. Staff will verify each item for eligibility and if an item is missing vital pieces it will not be eligible for the exchange. You will be contacted if any games or puzzles do not meet this requirement.

2. Come to the International Games Day event on November 18th from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. to find your new puzzles and games! For each puzzle or game you brought in you will be able to select  one “new” item. You must attend the event on November 18th to be able to select your new puzzles and games. Leftover items will be donated to the Friends of the Council Bluffs Public Library or an organization within the community.

3. Games and puzzles must be turned into the Youth Department by November 10th to participate in the exchange. Day of exchanges will not be accepted.

DISCLAIMER: We are limited to the games and puzzles that are donated for this event. If you don’t find the same number of new items that you brought in, it will be considered a donation to the Library.
