Join us at the kiosk at Cochran Park for this guided tour of the park and First Avenue Trail. During this walk, Richard Warner, local historian, will share history and stories of Council Bluffs along the trail, ending at the Squirrel Cage Jail. If you are interested in local history, join us for this event.
