Opera To Go is moving indoors to the Council Bluffs Public Library! Stroll the stacks while taking in the sounds of opera. Due to predicted weather, we’ll be inside but you can still visit the Council Bluffs Farmer's Market before this free concert featuring live performances with local artists in bite-size pieces.
