Discovery Pass Ticket System

The current online ticket system for Discovery Passes is ending on December 31st, 2024. We are working on implementing a new system currently, but it will not be ready for use for a few weeks. Passes will not be available to reserve for dates past December 31 until our new system is in place. The City of Council Bluffs is partnering with The Council Bluffs Public Library, Pottawattamie Arts, Culture & Entertainment, The 712 Initiative, Union Pacific Museum, Pottawattamie County Conservation, and The Salvation Army to give the community a holiday tradition unlike anywhere else.
