Lawyers in Libraries: Basics of Wills & Revocable Trusts

Council Bluffs, IA - Join us on Tuesday, January 21, from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., for our Lawyers in Libraries: Basics of Wills & Revocable Trusts program.

Attorney Deborah L. Petersen's presentation will include information on the powers and limitations of a last will and testament, the basics of probate, and an overview of how trusts work and when it may be helpful to use one.

Lawyers in Libraries is a joint effort by The Iowa State Bar Association, Iowa Legal Aid and the Polk County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project to help provide free legal information to Iowans across the state.
