Discovery Pass Ticket System

The current online ticket system for Discovery Passes is ending on December 31st, 2024. We are working on implementing a new system currently, but it will not be ready for use for a few weeks. Passes will not be available to reserve for dates past December 31 until our new system is in place. For Educators

How Can You Share Library Resources With Your Students?

Resident Teachers:

You can access all Library resources using your Library card, free for Council Bluffs residents and contract communities (Crescent, McClelland, Minden, Treynor & Underwood).

Cards expire every three years.

Non-Resident Teachers:

You can get a Non-resident Educator Card with the following:

  • Photo ID, w/current address, and/or proof of residence
  • School district ID or proof of employment

Non-resident Educator cards expire every year.

We Are Ready To Partner With You!

The Library offers a wide variety of programs for all ages of kids and teens, including tours, reference instruction, and storytimes. Class visits must be scheduled. Unfortunately, drop-ins cannot be accommodated.
