Discovery Pass Ticket System

The current online ticket system for Discovery Passes is ending on December 31st, 2024. We are working on implementing a new system currently, but it will not be ready for use for a few weeks. Passes will not be available to reserve for dates past December 31 until our new system is in place. Please contact 712-323-7553, option 2, or email circ@councilbluffslibrary.org with any questions.

El Gato Video Capture Card

With the El Gato Video Capture Card, any media that has RCA or S-Video outputs can be connected to a computer and saved in a digital format.

Only media content that a patron owns the rights to or media content that has no active copyright claim will be allowed to be transfered.
