Purpose of Meeting
Are you sleeping outside, living in your car, or staying in an abandoned building?
Due to the growing need for supportive services in our community and to expand our outreach efforts, Heartland Family Services and New Visions Homeless Services have teamed up!
We are available Monday-Friday! We have mobile outreach teams that go out Mondays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Thursdays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., and are available to follow up on referrals Fridays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
We can meet you where you are at or you are welcome to visit us at our set sites listed below.
Tuesdays: Council Bluffs Public Library: 400 Willow Ave from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Wednesdays: Together Inc.: 3415 W. Broadway Suite B from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Wednesdays: Peer Center: 622 S. 4th St from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Thursdays: Sequels: 717 W. Broadway from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
