Update 2/20/24: At this moment, the book return is open and ready for use!
The 24 hour outside book return will be closed from February 12 to February 20. During this time please return library materials inside the library.
Our book return will be upgraded to a new system that will make returning materials more convenient for patrons!
The installation of a new and updated outdoor book return system has been provided by the Council Bluffs Public Library Foundation and the City of Council Bluffs.
We appreciate their support in bringing continued 24/7 access to this service for the Council Bluffs community!
