The Cochran Library Kiosk will be a part of the murals on FIRST AVE and is currently being painted by the wonderful artist Ilaamen Pelshaw.

If you have been around Cochran Park recently, you may have noticed that new shelter has been put up right on the FIRST AVE trail at 22^nd Street.  This shelter will house a new Library Kiosk, where patrons will be able to check out library material 24/7!

Starting July 1, 2024, the Council Bluffs Public Library will no longer be able to provide Hoopla Digital to Open Access patrons.

This change only affects Open Access patrons.
